Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Earrings

All earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons. Please check sizing and style carefully before ordering.

All Other Items

Necklaces, bracelets, rings, and all other non-earring pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are declined if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration once received back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been reviewed and approved.

Damaged on Arrival or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full. This isn't a return — it's our error or the carrier's, and you shouldn't pay for it.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Please allow a few business days for review after we receive the item back.
